SteraSure 500

Ensavior’s Stera Sure-500 is a standalone Air Purification unit made of UV-PCO Technology and 3 Different types of Air Filters. The product can be used to clean all sorts of contaminants, be it PM2.5, Bacteria, Virus, VOC and Odour in an enclosed Air volume between 7500-12500 Cubic Feet at 4 ACPH. This is used in Conference room, Reception area, Cafeteria, Restaurant and particularly the crowded or poorly ventilated places, and in situations where the risk of cross infection is high at various public indoor places. The unit is mobile and requires no installation. Roll the unit into the occupied area to be treated and plug into an appropriate power source.

During operation, air is drawn into the system through the opening, located around the top of the unit. The air passes into the system through a Prefilter where larger size particles are trapped, then to an exposure chamber where it is irradiated by UV-PCO system. Here photo catalytic reaction happens. Highly reactive Hydroxyl radicals are produced which react with VOCs, Odours, Bacteria, Viruses, other Pathogens to neutralise and inactivate them. The air then passes through Activated Carbon Filter where the left out unpleasant gases molecules are adsorbed. Finally, the HEPA Filter traps PM2.5.

The clean, sanitised air comes out of exhaust panel, located on the bottom of the unit. The unit has Control panel that has off/on switches, UV-PCO on/off switch, various speed control of fan and Timer setting.
