A Marketing Manager will:
Develop an annual marketing plan to drive sales and new customer acquisition with a positive ROI.
Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Use data to influence decision-making.
Meeting prospective clients
Incorporating our specifications with the consultants
Partner with the creative agency to develop and manage all creative assets.
Manage media agencies and suppliers to execute and distribute marketing collateral.
Communicate marketing initiatives to all employees.
Help plan and organize community & company events.
Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
Report monthly KPIs.

Managing Tools Inventory
Lease Fleet management – Contracts, PO and Invoices
Invoices for Commissioning & Internal Service jobs.
Inside sales support.
Supporting the Service team of the country, both Front End & Back End sales support, responsible for making quotations and keeping the requested on-time delivery.
Gather RFQ (request for quotation) data including customer drawings specifications from both internal external sources
Quoting product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms and offering substitute products where appropriate.
Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders during the process
Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information.
Ensure best practice is followed to achieve a seamless customer experience
Support or facilitate meetings as required with relevant stakeholders
Maintain records as required
Manage workload to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner
Support KPI activity
Work with linked teams and the business to identify opportunities for improvement and processes to better service the customer
Generates product and price quotes as required.
Gains familiarity of the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods.

Experience & Knowledge:
Knowledge of HVAC Building Industry – Similar industry
Should have financial understanding (Cost & Revenue & Profit) & understand Customer Satisfaction.
Prefer to have experience in SAP
Experience in the similar profile ( 2 -3 years)
Science Graduate ( Mathematics preferred)
Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power points
Able to generate qualitative report towards customer and management
Customer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatory

With relative experience in local market
Should be equipped with driving license and easy to move around as needed
Speed is the key working as service coordinator.
